The Chairman and Managing Director of the group’s flagship company, Jai Balaji Industries Ltd., Mr. Aditya Jajodia, joined the group at a very early age and his experience of over 35 years with the company has proven to be invaluable. He was not only the driving force in setting up our first manufacturing unit, but has also played an instrumental role in the phenomenal growth of the group into one of the largest vertically integrated steel manufacturing houses in India.

The whole-time director of Jai Balaji Industries Ltd., Mr. Sanjiv Jajodia’s experience of over three decades in the steel industry has been key in shaping JBIL’s corporate profile and establishing it as a major corporate house in the steel sector. Apart from his contribution to core areas of business activities, his expert supervision of administration, especially in human resources, financial planning, and legal matters, has enabled us to efficiently utilise manpower, establish cordial industrial relations, exceed operational industry benchmarks, and maintain financial prudence in the spirit of the company.

A visionary with more than three decades of experience in the steel sector, Mr. Rajiv Jajodia helped the company tap it’s potential and enabled it to grow and expand phenomenally to what we know it as today. His dedication has played a key role in improving logistical and operational efficiency, increasing cost competitiveness, and in earning a turnover of over Rs. 2000 crore. ‘Balaji Shakti’, our brand of TMT bars manufactured under German licences, has grown into household name in civil construction under his guidance.

A commerce graduate with wide experience in the steel industry and being one of the younger members of the promoter family, Mr. Gaurav Jajodia has brought with him innovation and modernity of the youth, and integrated it seamlessly and implemented it practically and efficiently which empowered the company to not only meet it’s mission and objectives, but also surpass industrial benchmarks in most spheres.

A B.E. (Hons.) in Civil Engineering, M.E. in Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering, and a D. Engineering (Hons.), Mr. S.K. Tamotia is presently the Hon’ble Dean, Director General and Vice Chairman of Bhavan’s Centre for Communication and Management. He has headed both PSU’s and Private Sector Companies and during a carrier spanning over 50 years, has received numerous national awards, recognitions, honours, and appreciations for his rich knowledge which he has contributed towards the growth and development of industries, including ours.

Shri B.K.Choudhary is a B.E. (Mechanical) from Motilal Nehru Regional Engineering College (NIT), Allahabad and has also done diploma in Electrical and Metallurgical engineering from Jamshedpur Technical Institute, Jamshedpur. He possesses a wide experience of more than 40 years in the steel industry.

Shri Ashim Kumar Mukherjee is an engineer having a degree of B.E. in Mining from Calcutta University and is the holder of First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency to manage a Metalliferous Mine (Restricted) 1979. He has a rich experience of over 50 years in various spheres of mining and is a member of Mining Engineers Association of India and Society of Geo-Science and Allied Technology, Bhubaneswar.

A commerce graduate from Shri Shikshayatan College, Kolkata and an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), Ms. Seema Chowdhury possesses over 10 years of experience in handling Company Law, SEBI, Listing Agreement and matters related to FEMA.

A commerce graduate from Calcutta University with a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from MS Law College and Masters in Business Law from National Law School of India University, she has over 10 years of experience in the field of secretarial and legal functions, and is currently a practicing company secretary.

A graduate with Honours in Accountancy, Ms. Swati Bajaj is a Company Secretary in Practice and possesses experience of over 15 years in handling Company Law, SEBI Laws and matters related to FEMA. Ms. Bajaj is enrolled as an Insolvency Professional with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. She is an Assistant Editor for ‘Guide to Company law Procedures, Rules, Compliance and Governance under Companies Act, 2013, by M.C. Bhandari, 23rd Edition’ and a faculty member with Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is also an Ex-Committee Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
