Social Responsibility

During the last few decades, the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has evolved from simple philanthropic activities to integrating the interest of the business with that of the communities in which it operates. We, at Jai Balaji Group, believe that by undertaking socially, environmentally and ethically responsible behaviour in governance of its operations, the business can generate value and long term sustainability for itself while making a positive contribution towards the amelioration of the society.

The Group is committed towards social inclusion and equitable development of communities and undertakes frequent distribution drives like food distribution during local events and clothing distribution during festivals as well as constant interaction with the rural dwellers. We make conscious efforts to alleviate the problems faced by the backward sections of society and to improve their quality of life by distributing artificial limbs, conducting blood donation and eye camps, and establishing a better water supply and drainage system in villages. Apart from providing necessities, we also provide educational as well as medical grants to those in need of financial assistance. The initiatives encompass sustainable livelihood, as well as environment, health, and education.

As a responsible corporate entity, the Group also assesses environmental issues, if any, on a periodic basis, for its manufacturing facilities. The Group takes conscious efforts to reduce, reuse, recycle and reclaim vital resources. Apart from these, we have also spearheaded numerous purposeful CSR activities to further implement our vision
